PLR Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

RMA Form:

PLR Return, Refunds, and Replacements are managed with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form

The PLR RMA form can be found at – PLR RMA FORM.

To ship an item back to PLR, please download, print, and fill out the PLR RMA Form. There are 2 pages to the form. Only Page 1 needs to be printed and filled out. Page 2 is only for reference.

Customer will only fill out the cells on Page 1 marked in yellow as show in reference Page 2.

Once customer required cells of Page 1 has be filled out, please ship Page 1 with a copy of the original invoice and the items to be returned.

Returns and Replacements:

Once your items are received at our Returns Department, we will verify the items and ship out a replace ASAP.  We will need an RMA so we can process a new return/warranty invoice.  Please expect 1-2 weeks for returns or replacements to be processed.

Refunds:

Once your items are received at our Returns Department, we will verify the items and pass your RMA to our accounting department to process the refund. Please expect 1-3 weeks wait or refund once items are received. Refunds are refunded to original source of payments. Checks might have to be sent if out, if refund window on original payment source has expired.
