What do the lights on your Floppy to USB Emulator do when you ask the control unit to read the floppy / USB?
The green and red light should come on at the same time when you ask the control panel to read the USB stick. If the green light turns on but the red light is off, then there is a problem communicating with the stick. Please format the stick FAT or FAT32 only, or try a different USB stick.
If the green light has been turned on ever since the machine was turned on, then maybe the ribbon cable is in backwards
If there is no green light, the dip switches might be wrong. Dip switch 5 changes between drive A and drive B, if we think there is a dip switches problem.
