Sodick A530D Mark 25

When I hook up my Floppy emulater on Sodick A 520D mark 25 controler wire EDM machine, It does not work. Both light turn on and stay on. If I flip the cable then system does not boot. This machine has only one floppy disk. Is there anyone knows if this Emulater can work on Sodick 25 mark control. I need help.
