Bystronic (KSM 89, PSM 89)

Has anyone have any experience with replacing and networking Bytronic KSM and PSM 89? I thinking that this unit will work for us but it sounds to good to be true. I have been looking for this solution for over 10 years!!

Our records tell us this machine uses a standard DOS/IBM type drive and format. If this is true for your machine then our IBM (standard version) will work just fine.

If your machine does not use DOS/IBM, do you know if the floppy disks are readable in a standard Windows/DOS computer? For example, if you put the disk in the PC can you go to MY COMPUTER than the A:/ drive and at least SEE files there? Do you know what type of drive is currently in the equipment? Does it use standard “off the shelf” IBM drives? If not, do you know what drive it does us?
