Default USB for Korg 01/W

USB Floppy upgrade for the KORG 01-W

Replace your Korg floppy disk drive with a new USB Floppy drive!

We have two USB Floppy options for the Korg 01/W;

1) Our standard MS-DOS compatible USB model will work with DOS files only, but the files stored on the USB stick (as FAT16) are easily accessable through Windows. Your KORG system must be able to access the MS-DOS style FAT12 filing system.

2) Our image type of USB Floppy can work with the the KORG 01/W data format, and store the entire floppy as one 720kb image that can be copied from the stick to the Windows computer for backup or sharing. Software such as Winimage can even mount the image as a virtual floppy drive B:, if you have additional software that can extract the data.

Upgrade to a nice USB unit now, throw the KORG floppy drive away!

The link to the USB Floppy emulator is on the front page of PLR ELECTRONICS. Please specify the machine model, and the desired option.
